How to get your activities on the Social Prescribing database?

Christian Action Bristol have funded a database of church activities across the city (e.g. lunch or social club, community café or interest group, etc). This database shows the different activities that people can access and link workers can connect them to. 

All of the information that has been collated has been shared with Wellaware. It's a great website that shows what is going on in each area of Bristol and Link Workers use this site to find out what’s going on (the database has also been shared with organisations that run Social Prescribing projects).

GETTING YOUR ACTIVITIES ON THE DATABASE

Churches can help keep records up to date by checking their activities are on the database. Just search on Wellaware and see if your activities are on there. 

If not contact Wellaware with what you want added (using https://www.wellaware.org.uk/contact-us) or email colettebrown@southmead.org the same information to make sure the source database is up-to-date.
