New climate change video for churches services and social media

COP26 is the 26th United Nations Climate Conference. It represents our last chance to avoid the worst effects of climate change.

The crisis has already had devastating effects in developing countries. And right now, we are harming the planet and hurting each other. If temperatures rise higher, we face further catastrophic impacts and even species extinction.

So we must work together to limit the rise in global temperature to 1.5 degrees and help halve global emissions by 2030. We need to speed up our efforts towards a greener and cleaner future.

So COP26 represents an opportunity for Christians to engage in our responsibility for our planet and for its people. We're calling on churches and individuals to take action. To join in declaring the climate emergency. And the need to act today. We can change climate change, if we change - right now.
